Small Claims Summons
This service is only available when the debt is below £5,000. We will draft and prepare the small claim form, we will then issue it to the court and then serve the debtor and inform you of the date. The cost of this claim can be added to the debt claimed. Fixed Fee Service : £225 (plus court cost approx £100).
Attachment of Earnings
The debtor must be employed. We apply to a judge for the order that the debtors employer repays directly from their earnings. The fee is fixed and includes all solicitor and court costs. The cost of this claim can be added to the debt claimed.
Charging Order
If you know the debtor owns a property and you have a money judgment, we apply to get the charging order on the property. Our fixed fee includes all solicitor, court fees and an advocate to attend court. The cost of this claim can be added to the debt claimed.
Bailiffs Execution of Goods
We apply to the courts and arrange for the court bailiffs to go to the debtors address and seize the debtors goods. The fixed fee includes solicitors, court costs and bailiff fees. The cost of this claim can be added to the debt claimed.
Statutory Demand
This demand has to be served before a Bankruptcy / Winding up order can be issued, we apply to the courts for the demand and issue it to the debtor. The fixed fee includes solicitor and court costs. The cost of this claim can be added to the debt claimed.
Bankruptcy / Winding up Order
This can only be served once the Statutory demand has been issued, We arrange to draft a bankruptcy / Winding up order on the debtor or the company. We will arrange for a process server to attend and serve the demand within 48hrs. The cost of this claim can be added to the debt claimed.
